As I posted early, my PT went complete earlier today. So do I hear in 10 business days, or will it be by the 19th? And have they been taking 9-10 days for everyone or has it been quicker in some cases? Thanks.

There has been lots of discussion about this earlier in the thread, in your PT complete email today it should have said you are guaranteed a response within 10 days. If they meant business days, they'd say business days. It's 10 calendar days, and it's been mostly 9-10 days but sooner in a few cases.

Asked before but still curious... Went "under review 11/7", as a RD candidate. Any thoughts on roughly (ballpark) how long it will take to reach a decision? There are so many PT people here, but I haven't heard much from RD yet.

I have a felling (completely conjecture) that it will be a while because they have the 10 day deadline for us PT-ers

Submitted this afternoon for PT! I feel like a bit of an imbecile, though: in my "Why Duke?" essay, I called it "Duke University Law School" instead of "...School of Law" (admittedly, TLS calls it this in its profile of the school). Worried my lack of oversight here will hurt my chances, even though the essay is strong.

I'm hoping this is the case. I can't help but feel like a bloody idiot, though. And I've just realized I did the same thing for UVA - some bit of my subconscious led me to assume such highly ranked schools wouldn't use "school of law"; it all seemed too reminiscent of "People's College of Law", haha. In any case, I'm hoping they'll take me - numbers are above 75ths, and I think Durham/Duke would be a good fit.

my status tracker went "file under review" on 10/31 but when i checked today the date changed to 11/9 and was still "file under review"...im RD and am wondering why the date changed when it hasnt before? submitted 9/30 btw.

This post just made me paranoid and I checked my "why duke." I just wrote Duke Law. Is that bad?!! Yikes :/

And..regarding the UVA essay comment.. UVA is a weird one. I think it's technically U.Va. but people abbreviate different ways from what I hear
