Re: Maryland 2011 Applicants
Called today and there is not much movement going on the waitlist compared to other years. I am on the regular waitlist and I was told that they are still working from the preferred waitlist. The deadline for the 2nd seat deposit is May 25th so not much more til then. =/

Re: Maryland 2011 Applicants
I applied at the end of March and my online status didn't change at all. Then this Monday I got an email from admission office and a number to call. She just asked whether I was still interested. I said yes and she said congrats. Pretty strange since it is said they will not make decision on the phone. I am still waiting for my admission package.

So the second deposit deadline was yesterday, the AC should have a better idea the class profile, etc. Any news on the WL front?

Re: Maryland 2011 Applicants
Wow, Congrats!!!
My numbers are higher, I am also a minority female, also have an interesting background (lived through a war, had my own business, received an award from a top govt official, did gizillions of internships, currently work in a legal job, finishing masters), also wrote a LOCI and submitted another LOR and updated grades with all A's.....I guess what I lack is any sort of luck whatsoever....

Is that $22500 over three years, or per year?
