My status checker changed to "Decision" today, though it says "As of 3/18". I also received my rejection via snail mail today (in NYC). I didn't have the numbers... nothing to see here...

Re: Cornell waiting room
I received this email (in response to an email I sent) from Pam Eaton this afternoon:
"Thank you for your email. The admissions committee has begun re-reviewing the Early Action deferrals. We hope to have updated decisions out to applicants by the end of this month. Hopefully this will give you and your fiancée ample time to weigh your options. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any additional questions."
The end of the month is in 9 days, so I guess I'll believe it when I see it.

Re: Cornell waiting room
I hope Ms. Eaton is right about her information. I'd LOVE to know what to do with my deposit money. If I'm axed from Cornell, I'll go to UCLA. If I'm admitted, well, then I'll have a very, very, very, very difficult choice on my hands.hykang wrote:I received this email (in response to an email I sent) from Pam Eaton this afternoon:

it still shows my date as 1/8 though, not 3/18... has it just not updated yet? I'm kinda confused.
+1 I went complete today, but my status shows 1/29.... Since all of my materials were there by that date is that my complete date?

I know that I am basically an auto-reject, but the first line of the complete e-mail reads:NervousInKC wrote:Shlonster wrote:

Not good. I'm pretty close to being a numbers twin to you. I haven't even gotten a "complete" status yet, but I'm expecting rejection as well. I was hoping to at least get on the wait list.missvik218 wrote:Decision mailed 3/15, rejection arrived today!

No, the day you go complete is your complete date. 1/29 is your "applied" date. Hopefully you'll hear soon. Best of luck.

How long does it take to go from complete to decision generally?

Yup, radio silence. Been "complete" for a month, hoping a response is coming soon...calicocat wrote:Still waiting holls?Holly Golightly wrote:We'll let you know if it ever happens.Jockin Jay-Z wrote:How long does it take to go from complete to decision generally?
