Do you have to give them an answer now? If so, is it somewhere you'd be happy working after school (at least geographically)? Does it pay (well)?

I'd take all these things into account but just keep in mind the odds of getting a 1L SA are really low, especially if you aren't diverse.

When I look into LSN almost all of 166s are still pending. I myself am 166 and no response so far (complete in the end of Oct. , international and above average) In this cycle, even 166 is not enough to get admitted? So frustrating waiting for results while the others are talking about things way after admission :cry:

Yea, especially if you are a white dude, I would just take the offer. Top 10 percent wasn't good enough for me to get a 1l sa to give some perspective on how difficult those jobs are to get. The likelihood is that you won't have the grades to be competitive. It gets a bit more complicated if you qualify for diversity programs though.
