it's difficult for me because on one hand, I hate the living fuck out of NYU and on the other, I'd sell portions of my body in a developing nation's black market to get accepted.

They need to be second guessing a whole lot more.

I hope that traffic to TLS increases so much so that more and more people discover applying to NYU is not a simple headache, it is a total nightmare.

but yeah... that really happened. she's not even going to appeal because she settled on going somewhere else but still. it's ridiculous.

Doesn't sound like an appeal would have worked out anyway...they would have just given her an instant rejection instead of the $500 refund.
