No early decision. I was surprised too. The only thing I can think of is that I have 2 years TFA, and 2 additional years of pretty unique law-related work experience here in LA. And I was able to tie my work experience in LA into a programmatic contribution statement.

So in short I guess my softs are pretty elite?

so as i said before, they said they couldn't offer me any travel stipend even though i live on the east coast, which i think is a little weird since they offered it to other people. i know my stats aren't super competitive, but they are good enough.... i also got into berkeley who will be subsidizing my travel out there for berkeley ASW, and it seems a waste to be out in CA and not visit UCLA. do you think it would be in bad taste to let UCLA know that, and ask if they could offer me at least an in-state stipend. the flight from SF to LA would be less than $100.

Go for it. Subtext: a better school is being way more accomodating, assholes. Get it together.

I am just now applying with a 175 LSAT 3.92 GPA. I know it's goodish stats but since this is so late in the game, could anyone tell me what they think my decision turnaround would be? It would be stressful to not hear until March or something. Thanks!
