Any advice for interview? I'm new to the whole Skype interview scene. Is it generally acceptable to just wear a nice collared shirt?

Yeah, business casual. Interview is really chill and they are very friendly. Standard questions - why stl, why wustl, etc. Also a STL native, so if anyone has specific questions about the area, feel free to PM me!
Thanks!
I've literally only been to STL 3 times, and each time was taking high school kids to Six Flags on our way to Colorado, so I essentially know nothing about it.
As for why wustl - is it terrible to be totally honest on that question? The reason I applied is because they invited me to apply. I'm super debt-averse, and given my numbers think I make a competitive applicant for significant scholarships.
That answer sounds super mercenary to me, but it's honest...

I wouldn't say any of that - if you've written a "why x" for any other schools take the same approach.
Word. That makes perfect sense.
Guess I should brush up on their clinics/placement stats before the interview.

My status date changed to 12/14, then I got accepted the next day!
Has anyone gotten anything in the mail after acceptance?
I was accepted 12/19 (I think?) and I've yet to receive anything in the mail.

I recently received an acceptance letter via snail mail about 2 months after being accepted via email.

Over 10 weeks since acceptance now and still no scholarship... should I be concerned? Trying to assemble a schedule for visiting ASW's, and WUSTL's scholly is one of the last big pieces missing from that puzzle.

Just a guess - but maybe this has to do with the fact that a lot of T14 schools haven't release many (or any at all) RD decisions yet, so lots of us are still holding out hope

Anyone else reapplying and think that Wash U just doesn't even read our reapplications??
Last year, I got interview requests and bunch of newsletters as soon as I applied, but this year...NOTHING. not even a status checker email.

If I don't get the t-shirt e-mail this afternoon I'll just assume WUSTL isn't really that into me.

I believe you have to contact them and let them know you are reapplying. Otherwise, they will not know.

Ohhh wait does that mean they don't even read the app?? I used the lostpassword trick to log into my status checker and it says "application documents received" which I remember someone saying is the equivalent to "Complete."
