WUSTL just sent me a paper copy of the acceptance letter, but in an envelope of sadness instead of the usual packets. What's the deal? Why you gotta play with my emotions like that?

Yup, why law and why WUSTL were sufficient for my interview a couple weeks back. Also be prepared to possibly answer a question about why St. Louis/if you've ever been to the area. Seems that an interview is, above all else, just a formality to make sure you're not too far out there on anything. Nothing to worry about. Best of luck!

Gave me a heart attack even though I already had the email and a scholarship offer. I thought maybe they sent me the wrong letter or something.

Has there been anyone with a below median LSAT to receive an interview request? I'm at 25% LSAT with median GPA, so I know it's a stretch. Current status today changed to "Application Documents Received". Judging by the previous posts, I'm refreshing the hell out of my gmail acct. looking for that interview request!

Good luck! Remember that there was a holiday in between that week though, so it might get pushed back some though.

For me, scholarship offer came four days after acceptance.

My status says application documents received, but at the top it says "we have received all of your application documents. Your application is under review by our admissions committee." Does this mean I'm actually being reviewed now, or does everyone's say this at the top after it goes to "application documents received"?

Mine went to that after all my stuff got processed (I think this is like going complete?). I got an interview offer 3 days later, so I figure I must have been reviewed. I'll let you know if I get more status updates, though.

Mine's been like this for a few weeks now, haven't heard anything from them since 11/9, getting pretty nervous.

I don't know what your stats are like, but I think they've been slower for applicants under their median LSAT. Could be they're waiting until later in the cycle to compare against others, doesn't necessarily mean bad news!

Between 25 and 50 LSAT, over 75 GPA, so yeah they seem to be taking their sweet time

Got accepted with a full tuition scholarship a few weeks ago with LSAT/GPA both above their 75.

I'm so excited...I've wanted to attend Wash U since I was in pre-k. I'll probably get decent offers from t14 schools, but being from MO really makes it hard to even consider going anywhere else.

Plus, my entire family might disown me after they presented me with a congratulatory WUSTL-themed cake at Thanksgiving. I wish I was joking.

I'm in a very similar situation, minus the cake. It must be difficult not to let that cake influence one's decision-making.
