My RTK LOR writer is a boss. I asked him on Thursday, sent him info yesterday evening (after the long weekend), and he's working on it now with plans to submit by tomorrow!

I spoke too soon though.

He got daunted by the instructions on how to submit and plans to do it by paper. Which he also found daunting, so he is putting that off too....
