From LSN, it looks like January 9th was a big wave of acceptances.

This cycle is different, but I wouldn't be surprised to see movement later this week or early next week.

Probably a stupid question, but does every applicant go UR2 or does penn send rejects after UR1?

Everyone goes UR2. Does't it say so at the top of the status checker page? Something like "it is our policy that every application is reviewed by at least two committee members..."
