I applied in Nov and got my first offer in the later part of January.

Sent my app 10/22, received status checker with a status of "Application Documents Received" on 10/23.

No updates since then. Is that normal? They flooded with applications?

I sent my application 9/5 and haven't heard back. Most schools this cycle appear to be accepting applicants with the highest numbers and/or those with interesting softs before anyone else. I think there have been several people this cycle admitted w/o an interview. Don't sweat it, you're only two weeks in
