Did everyone's status checkers go to "Application Completed" before "Under Review"? Mine was submitted on the 22nd and the status checker updated to "Application Completed" yesterday. I was wondering if this was the norm.

I am also at "Decision Rendered." For those wondering, I am slightly below median LSAT and well above 75 percentile GPA.

For the peace of mind of those who yet don't have a change in status, can those who already have "Decision rendered" say if they were ED or RD?

Mine went to Decision Rendered Today as well. I am RD, submitted round October 1 (exact date in my LSN)

No, and they don't even email. It seems GULC acceptances are all snail mail.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why they go thru a batch of RDs before EDs? Are they going through different committees or do they have to wait until more EDs are complete before they decide anything?

I sent in an ED on Sept 21, went complete Oct 2, went under review Oct 16. Really hoping to hear something soon!

My guess is that giving some early RD acceptances may make an applicant feel good about GULC, it gives them a chance to give them some $$, and may factor in to swaying them towards GULC away from another school. The ED applicants are bound to attend GULC either way, so no reason to rush to get the acceptances out to the ED apps in order to spread extra excitement and good faith.

Just my thoughts.

GODDAMMIT ED! I want that freakin ED decision so I can stop spending money on these damn app fees if I'm not even going to go there! AHHHH!!!!!! So LSN says that all EDers were notified in December? Anybody on here applied ED and notified earlier?

I think last year they mailed it out the same day for the early ones. I am in DC about three blocks from GTown, so hopefully I get it today!
