No idea, this is the longest it's taken as per LSN. Hopefully the first round goes out before the holiday??? Anyone get their mail yet today??

Yeah, mine did too...I don't know what that means...maybe my app fell under the fridge and they just found it.

The only school so far for which I had an updated (accepted) status that preceded an email, letter, or phone call was Villanova. Penn called first (status was a few hours later) and Temple's email and status update were seemingly concurrent.

I would really love to hear something before the holiday. I figured that after they sent a few out yesterday that would get the ball rolling and we'd hear something today. The anticipation is getting to me.

I suppose you can interpret it any way you like, but I doubt that is actually what it means. It may mean that they looked at your file but didn't make a decision, it may also just be a clerical update, who knows.

If you were rejected, I imagine that it would say something along the lines of 'Decision Rendered'--though I can't say that for sure.

From looking at LSN there are a lot of people who haven't heard yet from before I went complete that have excellent numbers. And remember that when you look at the online status it reads

Current Status: Complete

then separately it says

Current Status Date: 12/21/09

The two may not be at all connected meaning that 12/21 was they day they actually picked our stuff up to look at it. Who knows what their system is and how they organize the apps. For all we know, they put the September completes in one pile, then the October completes, etc. Then they look at the apps in no order whatsoever inside those months. Who knows...
