I went complete on 11/6/15 and was rejected today 11/17/2015. My status checker never changed to UR. I just got the decision today. Hope this helps!nicola16 wrote:All y'all that have heard back, when did you go complete/under review? My status checker hasn't changed, getting nervous given the flood of news.

Those who've heard, did you apply RD/ED/Presidential?

I applied RD and got wait listed yesterday after about 4 weeks under review. So, pretty quick turn around. I have a 163 and 3.7. They specifically state that the waitlist isn't ranked.

For those who have gotten unsolicited fee waivers and were unfortunately rejected/WL'd, did your fee waivers come with an invitation to apply Presidential? Seems like after yesterday you're going to need a 4.0 and 180 to get Presidential...

I feel SO WEIRD about all of yesterday's news being dings and WLs. It seems like all other schools save that for later and send acceptances first. So weird...cak3893 wrote:Any news today? Yesterday made me nervous!

Re: George Washington 2015-2016 Applicants
Maybe this year they're waitlisting a lot more people and planning to accept lots of people from the wait-list later on? Idk. I reviewed all the numbers on LSN from last year's applicants, and all people near my numbers were accepted.. However, I did not analyze it too carefully, so maybe a lot of those acceptances were off the wait-list.janderson821 wrote:I received a waitlist email this morning which was unexpected. In all previous years they have accepted 100% of people with numbers similar to mine.
If you're comfortable, could you PM me your stats? Thanks!

Re: George Washington 2015-2016 Applicants
You have to dig deeper than last year on LSN. (You can manually adjust the four numbers at the end of the url to travel backwards)
Unfortunately, this year applications are significantly up across the board. [Not 100% confirmed, but it's the reality for all schools we care about] It's going to look a lot more like years past then the abnormal last year.

Good luck to both of you. When did you go UR if I might ask?hammocklv06 wrote:Samesiescak3893 wrote:Status now says decision made. Guess another wave is coming soon.
I went UR during the first week of October and don't show anything for a decision.
