I emailed Pitt a scholarship reconsideration request about 4 weeks ago. Still no word back from them yet. Anyone in a similar situation?

When I emailed them for a scholly reconsideration I got an acknowledgement the next day that they received my email and I had an answer in about a week. Pitt does well with negotiations, so there may be good news for you. Hope you get an answer soon!
