Re: University of Denver C/O 2018
Did anyone go to their admitted student's day? I went for a visit last Friday, but I was wondering what their event was actually like.

I wish that was the case for me. I was accepted with a very high GPA and lower LSAT score, and they wouldn't reconsider me for any type of scholarship. Still waiting to hear back from a few other schools before paying my first deposit.Falcon3 wrote:Must be running short on applications- bumped to 22,500- COA +tuition is still way too high for their actual numbers (although that can be said about most TTT/TTTT schools)

They won't negotiate my scholarship either. They said maybe in May, but not to count on it. I'm about to withdraw since I have a better offer at CU. So there's a 22,500/year scholarship back in the pot. Best of luck to everyone!ericalynn17 wrote:I wish that was the case for me. Congrats on CU! I'm going to try once again in May. I'm persistent if nothing else.barbiegurl wrote:

Checking in with a late application (March). 3.3 with a 156 so I'm on the lower end, at the end of the application list. Status is still ready for review. This decision is the only thing stopping me from depositing at Chicago Kent.

So who is attending DU and what was your deciding factor?

I had a low LSAT score, but a 3.99 GPA. I know that the LSAT score prevented me from receiving scholarship funds, and I've had many communications advocating my position. I've been encouraged to continue with my follow up, but there's been no budging.
Has anyone had or know anyone that has had any luck getting a scholarship after initial consideration resulted in no award?

Does anyone know if they cover costs of visiting for admitted students?
