Wasn't waitlisted; decision has yet to be rendered.

I do have a C&F addendum (pending charge for a petty minor offense that'll likely be dismissed in court in a week), but can't imagine that would factor so heavily as to prevent them from offering at least partial scholarship.

Yeah, I have no idea what admissions people consider minor. I would assume minor traffic violations (parking, minor speeding) would be ok. Beyond that I have no idea.

Dozo's site says accepted applicants are informed via US mail, while all other decisions are relayed through email......so maybe it's a good thing that I haven't gotten an email?

Hmmmm that's weird. I was WL and received an email. I'm not sure if acceptances are sent via email or not. Some schools send an initial email and then follow up with a letter. I'm not sure what Cardozo's policy is. Can any admits weigh in?

No email for me, just a little tri-fold booklet about visiting with acceptance and scholly details paper-clipped into it. Then a big booklet a couple weeks later with another congrats letter and tons of additional info.

When I got the call he the dean of admissions told me that he was sending my acceptance signed letter out late today and then I wanna saw around 6, the status changed to decision rendered and my date changed to 1/15 which is tomorrow so that was weird. So I am assuming if your status changed like that either you missed a phone call, or they will be sending emails out tomorrow

Relieved to have at least one admit, since the cycle started off with a rejection last week. Decent money too, hopefully I can get them to raise it even more.

Today. I think the decision was made yesterday and they send acceptances through US mail, but I sent them an e-mail telling them that I'm in a foreign country and mail could take a while to get here, so was there any other way I could know what the decision was. About 12 hours later, I got an acceptance e-mail from Bianca Taylor-Starobin.

Really?? Thats surprising. Did you have any C&F issues?

Super minor - roommate freshman year got busted with drinking, I got a violation because I was her roommate, which was then dropped. But I've gotten 10k in undergraduate research grants so I'm very surprised.

Got a phone call today, accepted. Completed at the end of December.

Kinda weak scholarship though.
