Decision rendered for me, as of yesterday! Also says wait 2 days for the e-mail to arrive.

I was in last year but had to put off enrolling for financial reasons. So I am hoping for good news this time around.

I submitted on 11/21 and went complete on 1/08- still nothing. I'm a reverse splitter. Do you think they skipped over my app and are just sending out the definite "yes"s now? Or do you think they are saving me for a rejection? haha I'm nervous

i feel your pain. im also a reverse splitter. also submitted my app on 11/19. went complete on 1/8. but still nothing. and its an even more anxious feeling because i really really like loyola.....

Pretty similar situation here as well. I was assuming along the same lines of them sending out their definite "yes"s now which is why I haven't heard back. It just makes sense... Especially if you troll LSN. Which I obviously do There's a pattern of upper 160's getting notified. They also just had their ED notifications sent out, so those were obviously priority. Loyola (LA) is apparently notoriously slow so I guess we just need to be patient and fight our Type A ways.

Indeed, the life of a reverse splitter is a hard one. We stand a solid chance but are still low priority for admissions. Im retaking in Feb. Do you guys mind PMing me your numbers? I'm just curious how they are grouping us? And yes, so far I've noticed (in other schools' admissions) they send out 'yes's to the 160+/3.5+ kids first, then to the 160+/3.0+ kids THEN to the 150+/3.5+ (I'm assuming that's us three)

Yeah I understand that the LSAT is a big deal but I think these schools would be silly to blow us off; we're the kids that matriculate! Haha, they should be a little nicer and not last-minute us all the time! And thank you- I figured it's only right to give that test one more try.

Congrats to those who have heard! I toured the campus on Friday, and I saw a stack of what looked like acceptance packets going out in the mail, so hang in there, it looks like a good batch of decisions are on their way!

But USD gave me 33,000/yr with no stip so hopefully I can get Loyola to drop it.
