Anybody else have issues going complete with USC? I had to have my Dean mail a letter about a small C+F issue, but that was sent over three weeks ago and it still says incomplete.

They haven't send out anything yet.

My question related to the act of the app being marked complete, not a decision being mailed.

I am wondering about the dean's letter too. There doesn't seem to be a form, so do we just ask him to mail a simple letter discussing the C&F issue we checked the box about, and to include our name and LSAC number?

You are both in easily with probably 60k minimum and maybe even 90k to 120k.

I'm not going to slap down that statement because, well, I want you to be right, but what makes you say that?

I know applications numbers are expected to drop again this year, but mine and csargean's numbers, according to last year's admission graph, are right on the border of getting accepted and rejected, with many of those people being waitlisted for a while before receiving a decision.

I am surprised by this too. According to lsn, these numbers tend to get waitlisted. But i do hope you are right haha. App went complete today…. now we play the waiting game. Best of luck rstahl, for both our sake.

the new medians are 166 and 3.7. A 167 with a 3.5 and 3.59 is in easily because of the new medians and the appplications decline which is severe again. 60k should be easy, there is a good chance for 90k to 120k.

Best of luck to you too, csargean!

Has anybody found an application count thus far? I know it's early, but at least we would be able to compare this point in time year over year to get an idea of just how much easier admission should be.

I was in the same boat and so confused! Just have your school write a letter. Typically, it's the student affairs office that has the record on file (or some schools may call it judicial affairs, student conduct, etc.) I had my school's office keep a form letter on file for all the schools that required a C and F letter. They just have to detail what happened at each incident, list any charges including ones that were dropped and then say what your punishment was and if/when you completed it. I had the office's receptionist write it, and that was fine. You don't typically need the actual dean to send the letter.

I also sent them a copy of the question just in case.

For me, I got an email from USC 3 days after my UG mailed it to them saying my application was complete. I would email to check!

p.s. Sorry about my post earlier! Guess we were wrong about November decisions!

I got the same status update today. Anyone know what it means or how many times they usually update before a decision?

Lucky you.

I'm still complete 10/28. Muy frustrado.

Good luck to you though. Seems like you'll be hearing soon.
