Im same stats as you... but i didnt turn anything in late... So i guess this is a normal part of their process

I'm under comparative review as well, and turned everything in at the same time.
I think it means exactly what it says, it's a comparative review... just a fancy way to say they're reviewing the file.

Yeah I had everything complete when i submitted this was just an additional letter they received on top of the ones i submitted originally. But hopefully this means we are getting closer to a decision.

I'd say you're in at FSU, maybe 50/50 at UF. But...just an 0L's opinion.

Edit: anyone thinks we'll hear anything today? If I remember right, people started hearing back about this time last year. And Friday seems to be a popular decision notification day.

I really wish we hear something today, however UF has been known to take awhile with decisions. Even at the undergraduate level. What is your status on the status checker?

Same here, im with you hoping for a decision today. November 15th seemed to be the lucky day for a few people last year.

Comparative Review in Progress: This is not a wait list decision. The Committee has reviewed the file, however, a decision has not yet been made on the file. The file will continue to be evaluated as other applications are received. Applicants who have updates to their files such as transcripts and LSAT scores will be re-evaluated by the Admissions Committee based on the new information. Final decisions will be made no later than the end of April, but it is possible that some candidates may hear earlier.

Sent in my application on Oct 31. LSAT is 167 and GPA is 3.7. I'm also out of state, but I don't know how that factors in.

Sounds like comparative review is the holding pattern for the non-superstar applicants.

Can you just share a general feel of the school? Things you wish you would have known while determining if this is the right school?

Generally, what is the threshold for scholarships at UF? My numbers may sneak me into the T14, but I am from Gainesville and lifelong gator fan and will have a hard time saying no to low tuition and home.
