Duke - summer start - deposit must be received by 4/12. Also, require all other acceptances to be withdrawn

It should be added that the Berkeley response system is:

April 15, First response due in which you can accept, tentatively accept or decline
June 3, Final response due

They'll set a new deadline if you're admitted after the standard deposit deadline.

The 4/15 date @ USC is the deadline to accept your scholarship. 5/1 is first deposit $500, 7/1 is second deposit $500.

I always thought deposits were a lot higher-- like in the range of $1,000-$1,500. These amounts aren't too bad.

Depends on the school. I know that Emory shows no mercy to late deposits but others offer extensions if you ask beforehand.
