Previously had a different username, but was pretty transparent name-wise. So, perhaps now I'm a bit more unidentifiable.
169/3.16/Non-URM/2+ Yrs WE -- asterisk = school specific essay; also spent a great deal of time tailoring the end of each personal statement for each school.

Dont be offended. We're (or at least I was) just jealous and annoyed at myself for getting a low GPA so I hated on the 3.4 crowd and up. You know, kind of like those people that get upset when they "only" get a 172 on the LSAT. I totally get why you could be upset with that, but have sympathy on us true GPA undesirables.Micdiddy wrote:Well then. I can tell when I'm not wanted.Revolver066 wrote:This. I get it. Ftr I am upset with my GPA AND that I "only" got a 173. So I understand where the hatred comes from. But you know what, I hate people with a 3.7+ and 175+, so isn't it funny how alike we really are?

Yeah we have this debate every splitter thread and I didn't want to launch into it with Noodley, so I stayed mum... but OP was pretty clear:
For the sake of not making this a humblebrag thread for people who are only considered splitters at HYS let's say splitters with <3.3 and >163 would be the target for this thread. Edit and update posts as cycle continues.
