I got an e-mail that I am "under review" and I should be informed of a decision by 11-18.

I received a similar email, but it stipulated that the first round of decisions would be given 11/10.

It seems like I'm the only with the Nov 18 date.

If all of you with the 11-10 date don't mind, can I ask when you went complete / what are your stats?

I'm hoping I received the later date because I possibly went complete later than you (Nov. 3), and not because I have worse stats (167,3.44)?

No. Those of us who are expected to get a response by the 10th sent the night of Halloween.

I went complete 10/31. Same LSAT as you, way lower GPA.

No. Those of us who are expected to get a response by the 10th sent the night of Halloween.

O ok... I'm glad then (I sent Nov. 2), it sucks because I had all of my apps ready about a week after the LSAT though. Took forever for LOR to mail in...

Mine does. It was the e-mail to update us on when we could expect the decision to be made.

i'm 11/18 as well. huge reach for me at 161 and 3.23 but if i am admitted that would end my cycle very early as W&L is my top choice! goodluck to everyone

I also sent in my app 11/3, and got the e-mail today informing me that a decision would be made by 11/18. Is W&L usually this insanely quick compared to other law schools? (Esp with their "holistic approach that can take them a little longer than other schools") I was just a little confused, as I would have thought that statement would mean I wouldn't hear back until January or so.

I applied to most of my other schools October 10, and applied for a few more in early November, and still haven't heard back from any of the early ones :/ I'd be surprised to hear back from W&L before any of the others!

I am hoping they have them done earlier than they anticipated and send them out today.

Sent my app in just a couple days ago and was notified that I should expect a decision on the 18th. Talk about a quick turnaround.

The email said they would send a prefacing email tomorrow before they release the decisions with the time of decisions being made available.

Oh my bad. I was too busy focusing on the fact that they actually pushed the date forward. I can't imagine them sending them out too late then, right?

I still can't imagine how/why W&L is going to send TWO emails today.

i.e. "To keep you all from FREAKING THE F*CK OUT, we are going to send you an email at noon letting you know that you will be further notified at PRECISELY 3:17, post meridiem...."

I mean, it's nice that they are on top of their game...
