GPA of 2.38. . . . Who says he's going to make it through all three years? If he drops out and that spot could have went to someone with better numbers and would actually graduate. . . .

He changed them all now, but if he wasn't ED why would Minnesota have a 2 week turnaround time on him? He's only fooling himself.

The time that he had it changed is very accurate. Its the same time I got my rejection e-mail and the other guy on this thread got his acceptance call. I believe he got in. It wouldn't matter if he was only fooling himself, unfortunately he fooled the University of Minnesota.

I mean fooling himself pretending like he didn't ED to 9 schools.

I find it funny that he removed your comment from his LSN page.neeko wrote:northerniowan wrote:The time that he had it changed is very accurate. Ha! I didn't even notice that. I don't know why he's mad at me. It's not my fault he did ED everywhere.ScrabbleChamp wrote:I find it funny that he removed your comment from his LSN page.neeko wrote:northerniowan wrote:The time that he had it changed is very accurate. You probably just saved him. If he's smart enough and realized his mistake, he could email all the other schools he ED'd to and withdraw now and still go to UMN. The other schools might not notice. Entertaining LSN profile though.neeko wrote:Ha! I didn't even notice that. I don't know why he's mad at me. It's not my fault he did ED everywhere.

If he was smart he would do that. It looks like he's just going to pretend he didn't ED though.Hopefully2012 wrote:You probably just saved him. I'm actually trying to help the guy because I feel bad
Hopefully he takes it seriouslyHey, I know you deleted another comment, but seriously you need to withdrawal all of your apps NOW if you really did ED everywhere. If you don't you'll probably never be able to go to any law school.
That is a binding contract that state you will attend if accepted
Just trying to help out

Just had a date change. Was "In Review" early November. Updated to 12/2/11. Hopefully that means a decision soon.
After a quick turnaround from W&L all of my other apps are lagging.

Same. It is kind of sad that I got excited over this date change. I have been having a period of no movement lately.ds52075 wrote:Just had a date change. Was "In Review" early November. Updated to 12/2/11. Hopefully that means a decision soon.

Yeah I got a quick decision from WM almost 3 weeks ago, I haven't heard anything since then.ds52075 wrote:Just had a date change. Was "In Review" early November. Updated to 12/2/11. Hopefully that means a decision soon.

W&L should hold a workshop for all of the other admissions offices. It seems like they handle every application like Virginia does their early decisions. Complete in a couple of days, decision in about two weeks. My favorite part was how they e-mail you what day they will decide and then e-mail you the exact time when they will release that day.DonnaDraper wrote:Same. Last year one was pretty much an auto-admit with a 167+ LSAT. I hope the trends holds for this year as well.

Update on the all ED guy:
It looks like he got it straight at least, also looks like he deleted or made his profile private lolThanks for...Friday, December 2nd, 2011 at 11:32 am
I called all the schools that I Ed'd to change to RD before my applications were complete. The ones where it wasn't possible to change I withdrew from. Thanks for looking out instead of just flaming.

Congrats to applicants receiving admissions this week. I'd love to answer questions if you have them. I'm very happy at UMN.
