I'm snail mailing a packet of updated stuff. Really hoping it works because I'm getting the WL everywhere.

I really don't think any of us are going to hear anything for quite a while.

I'm already in at Chicago, so I don't think I am staying on the Hold list for Columbia, but I am not withdrawing from CLS til I find out how NYU pans out

A mild parody of a traditional hold message:sgtgrumbles wrote:Where is that message from? An additional email you received? A question you sent them?thelaststraw05 wrote:So... everyone still on hold?

Sorry, I should have used a (parody) (/parody) tag.Hold Message wrote:Your call is important to us. Due to unexpected call volume, the estimated wait for an operator is 15 minutes. One of our operators will be with you as soon as possible.

Sorry, I'm dense. Reading all this stilted admissions language is dulling me to sarcasm.thelaststraw05 wrote: A mild parody of a traditional hold message:Sorry, I should have used a (parody) (/parody) tag.Hold Message wrote:Your call is important to us. Re: Held at Columbia 2011
3.7/174 applied 1/21 and they held me the next week. I feel like im just a high LSAT score they might play around with if it works for their numbers. I'm going to submit a LOCI anyway, because an admit might help me negotiate at NYU.

Curious- where is a good place to look for tips on a LOCI?

Re: Held at Columbia 2011
Hey guys, I have it on good authority that CLS is using their "hold" option differently this year than in years past. Take that as you will but I am hoping/thinking it means a greater % of acceptances. Sorry but I can't tell you how as I am a paranoid schizophrenic convinced that admissions officers creep on TLS.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
