Waiting Thread for People Who Submitted AFTER 11/15 Forum

I applied to most schols 11/15 - 11/25. So far,was accepted at Duke (through priority track tho,so the turnaround time is standard),and as of yesterday was able to log in to GULC admitted students website (which essentially means acceptance letter on the way). UR/complete in most other schools. For those getting nervous with Penn's "processing 11/24", mine just swithed from that to Complete yesterday. NYU UR has been uopdated a few times (last on 12/12), so I'm crossing my fingers. Waiting on Columbia ED. This thread is really great - I started losing confidence after seeing the whole TLS talking about acceptances, etc., specifically with Columbia/NYU I felt like too many are getting accepted and I'm falling behind, but it seems that it's just that most TLSers on the forums have applied earlier than us, and we'll just have to wait a bit longer for decision. So dont lose hope!

11/19- 8 apps (all complete/under review/no status checker)
11/24- 5 apps (all complete/under review/no status checker)
11/29- 2 apps (one acceptance/other no status checker)

I'm not expecting to hear anytime soon yet of course that doesn't prevent me from looking at my status checkers every day. If you are auto-ding they leave your status as "under review" and then send you the rejection mid-Jan right? Because I have been under review at Harvard and Berkley since 11/22 and I know I have zero shot at either of those (I figured $200 is worth a chance at a dream).

I've got a very similar schedule on all of my apps. I'm under review on none of my 12. So just to update the waiting thread:

Just got the id/password from GULC and saw "the decision letter sent" for NYU.

Nothing is determined for me yet. Have to wait for a long, long time, I guess! *sigh*

hi im not sure what to call you, but yes, very helpful. as you can see i am not the most calm person on the planet right now so any indication that the people who are in at schools do not have the exact same status change dates as me is helpful.

Depends on the school, I believe Stanford goes on break after tomorrow, Harvard still working, not sure about others.

Also, I've heard that some schools work into next week... Could be wishful thinking, though.
