Well to be honest, I only hit a 3.8 with my fall grades posting in 2 weeks, and only if I get all As. But I will. So it's chill.HeavenWood wrote:It's time to hunker down. I was in the "in at nowhere club" last cycle, really cool. I will represent our SRS spirit well! Since I am really a SRS at 2 schoosl, it would be awesome if I actually do get in one!

Since softs actually matter at the level of schools you're applying to, I think you have a great shot.r6_philly wrote:Thank you, I am honored!HeavenWood wrote:By popular demand, I have lowered the GPA requirement from 3.85 to 3.80. All other requirements will stand, however.

Re: Calling All Semi-Reverse Splitters
I have thought about ED programs, but money is a really big factor for me, given my career ambitions, and I can't be locked into an expensive school. Thanks for the suggestion, though!HeavenWood wrote:Have you thought of EDing to UVA?Swanky wrote:Hello!

Acceptances: UVA, W&L
Waiting on: Stanford, Harvard (ha!), Duke, Vanderbilt, Berkeley, W&M, CU Boulder, Emory, Georgia, Texas
And I will probably be waiting forever since I submitted my first applications on 11/30.

Re: Calling All Semi-Reverse Splitters
167 (one-time), 3.941
in: Georgetown, Cornell
waiting: every other school I applied to - but I am DYING to hear from michigan - the fact that people with semi-similar numbers have already gotten in makes me real sad
. I even got a fee waiver and a letter with it with a little note from Dean Z saying "we love to get wisco graduates!"
the only reason i didn't apply there ED is because i have a job that runs into june so i can't do summer start.
seriously....i don't think i can handle being strung along until april.........
also, go semi-reverse splitters!
