Also, BU has one of the fastest turn around times from complete to decision, usually around 3 weeks. I applied to about 15 schools on 11/11 last year and I heard from BU on 12/2, it was my first decision.

don't know. I am definately NOT under review. I just checked LSAC and the final LORs were sent this morning.
everyone is different I guess. I would imagine you will go into review alot faster than I will though

Also, Just got a viewbook (and fee waiver I'd already gotten) in the mail, and I have to say, I'm really dissappointed by the quality of the viewbook :/

The information is fine, but the print and production quality, along with the aesthetics, are severely lacking, especially compared to peer schools. (USC, eg). Why is every third page a large picture of a random student or faculty member, with only 2 pictures of boston or the campus? I know BU's campus is ugly, but come on.

Haha, this is a really good question...

It's a theme of "B(be) U(you)." But I agree, they didn't pull it off, which resulted in an unattractive viewbook (comparing to Michigan or Cornell).

I THOUGHT I went into review according to the email I received. Nada.
I applied 11/5 and found out yesterday, they still haven't received the LSDAS report. wtf?

I have a feeling this is going to be a slow cycle and then BAM, we will all start getting some notification.

Man, I would a pie from BU, and I don't think BU has a status checker.
