In review again, my status date just changed to 1/31 this time. From reading some of last year's posts, it sounds as if this may be a common theme as some people's status date changed up to 5 times, while staying under review.... so frustrating....

Same, still 12/23. Maybe that means they didn't need to think about ours' any further and have mailed acceptances

Do we know if the status checker will eventually say "decision rendered" or "decision-made" or something to that effect? Or is it just IR until they call you?

WOW thats way earlier than I expected. Anyone else heard anything yesterday/today?

edit: I'm in state, with higher numbers, and sent my app a month and a half earlier... why did this one person get such a speedy decision?

If I were to hypothesize, after reading his LSN profile, its because he has a very unique experience as a NT student with service in americorp, a masters, and was a college professor. But alas thats just me playing admissions officer.

This is good news though I will keep my phone close as I enjoy my snowday from work and class

FYI I was able to get some exterior pics of Quinney today while on my way to class. They're in the pictures thread in the "Talk About Law Schools..." board.

They might have started calling admitted applicants yesterday. I got a voicemail from Reyes Aguilar. He said to call back if I had questions. He said they were mailing admissions letters today and a binder in a couple weeks. I met Reyes a couple years ago at a law fair. He seems like a cool guy.
