I know, it could be nothing. My UMaine status checker has it too, and I'm also "In Review" there, so maybe it's just something that shows up sometimes when people are in review.

I don't think you need to speculate. W&L says the first round of decision will come out right before thanksgiving, so we still have couple more weeks to wait.

Does anyone know whether W&L allows phone interviews? I read somewhere that admissions encourages applicants to schedule interviews, but I can't visit the W&L campus anytime soon.

I submitted to W&L a week ago and they've given me a confirmation and status checker. but then they realized I am registered for the December LSAT and strongly insisted to wait til then. I really don't want them to wait, I think worse case is I'll be WL but on the website it says that most scholarships are giving out before December and I want to give it a shot. Can I insist them not to wait??

If you email them, they're generally really quick with responding. I emailed them about a letter of recommendation and had a response within 5 minutes. That was earlier in the cycle (around mid-October) but just ask them.

Visit W&L couple weeks ago. small school, but really peaceful. People seem very nice and the admission office staff are very helpful. Do many of us live/work/attend school in the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions?

I got the e-mail that a decision will be posted by the end of the day as well. It's crazy how your heart starts racing. I hope they don't reject me on Veterans Day. LOL.

stats-wise we mostly seem to be at or above both medians. hopefully a good sign.

I'm over one, under the other- classic splitter. But LSP has me at an "admit." Holy crap I'm nervous- this is my wife's #1 choice and in my top 3. Wow. I can't believe this is happening so quickly.
