The school that ruined my bracket.

Also, nine schools, most of which have been mentioned. Man, just reject me already.

I've heard from 16 and am still waiting on the 8 above; so far 13 accepts, 2 WL, and one flat rejection.
How did you get an app fee refund from Cornell?

Do you think it's a "good" thing that I haven't heard anything from these schools yet? I have a great gpa and soft factors (masters degree, work experience, leadership, etc), but had a bad LSAT, which is putting me on the cusp for most of the schools to which I applied. (Waitlisted at SIX schools, W&L, IU, UIUC, Georgetown, American, Madison...). I'm just wondering if it might be a good thing (i.e. higher possibility of an acceptance) that I haven't yet heard from these schools.

Also - since some of these schools' first deposit deadlines are already in April (SCU = April 1st!), would I still have to decide by then, even if I don't get a response until the very end of March?! (um, hopefully!)

Thanks!

I applied to 24 schools, sent my applications in in early October, the only school I haven't heard back from yet is USC.

UCI and USC

I'm sure both are in the auto-reject pile, so no big deal

I am dying to hear back from Pitt. It's the only Tier 1 school I applied too. Right now Rutgers is by far my first choice out of my acceptances because of its quality and the cost, but if I were to get in to Pitt it would really make my decision interesting.

I'd really love to know what's happening behind closed doors at NYU.

Haha...WUSTL pulled this same shady act last cycle. I applied in early Oct. and didn't hear anything until Apr. when they sent out a WL e-mail to all applicants. From what I remember, there was a "preferred" WL (where some people actually managed to get in) and a generic WL where everyone else basically got a soft reject. It could be different this year, but I'm guessing probably not.

UW's decision is en route.

After that, just need to hear from Vandy. Should be auto-reject, but it's taken 'em 2+ months so far.

I might as well just withdraw from BU and UCLA but at this point I'm just curious why they took this long.
