It only started picking up now in anticipation of OCI. Prior to that, I don't think anyone was too serious about it.legit wrote:Any differences in usage for law students v. college students other than the usual suspects (e.g. adding your law school)?scottidsntknow wrote:What do you mean by serious? You'll probably want a more professional picture than your average college student. You suit up for the first day of orientation and they'll take a professional portrait, and you can email admissions and ask for them to email you the pic and use that.legit wrote:Any differences in usage for law students v. college students other than the usual suspects (e.g. adding your law school)?scottidsntknow wrote:What do you mean by serious? Given how wretched I was feeling the morning that photo was taken, I'll agree wholeheartedly that it really is professional grade. 180.scottidsntknow wrote:You'll probably want a more professional picture than your average college student. They missed their self imposed deadline last year, and they ended up coming out in early to mid July. I bet they are out next week.valen wrote:I thought it was supposed to come out end of June or early July, so hopefully any day nowek5dn wrote:I'm hoping next week sometime, we'll know?valen wrote:It'd be cool if sections could be assigned soon

How do they inform you of sections? Email, or do I have to go on the wustl key/connect/something to check?
And I was asked to submit my own picture for my school ID? Are there any requirements, like same color background, etc. Can I just bring my spare passport photos in person?

So I just got my faculty advisor - Professor Andrew Tuch. I'd appreciate any feedback on him if you'd had a class with him (how helpful/approachable he is, knowledgeable, etc.) Feel free to p/m if you'd rather not share with everyone
Thanks for all your help guys!

He hasn't taught any of us, so one of the 3Ls will have to elaborate on this one. From what I know, he's a younger dude, specializes in corporate law, has an SJD (basically the highest legal degree you can get). That's about all that I know.ek5dn wrote:So I just got my faculty advisor - Professor Andrew Tuch. Well, students are still being admitted, though I'm not sure how many or to what extent that affects sectionsMoonSugar wrote:Where are sections

I was hoping to take the Miami backdoor with Bryan Cave, since they have an office there. Backfired.LET'S GET IT wrote:Polsinelli and Bryan Cave are the least ties sensitive.legit wrote:Any stereotypes of Saint Louis law firms you would be willing to share?

Is there anyone who has made their deposits still waiting on decisions from other schools/planning on withdrawing?

I saw their course grid. At least they've got Hollander-Blumoff to offset Greenfield and Drobak.KMart wrote:How can you tell before the classes even start?Jmart082 wrote:Section E really got burned this go around.ek5dn wrote:section assignments!!!!
