I don't have a VCE so I'm in the same boat, but I'll be very amused if there's evidence of a later wave/more VCEs are still appearing and the huge ice/snow storm this week screws the mail up further.. bahaha.

Key differences for me are 1) H has no limit on when you can join while Columbia has a 10 year limit for any benefits and a de facto 5 yr limit for full benefits 2) types of employment covered 3) forgiveness period (annually for H, 3-5 yrs for CLS)

Im sure there are others but those are just the things I remember jumping out at me.
