I saw 6 or so open tomorrow when I checked a while ago, all filled up now. 7 open Wednesday, all in the afternoon. 6 more open Thursday morning.

should I send them an updated resume with the fact that I have been admitted into the National Political Science Honor Society and the Society of Scholars in phi alpha delta (the pre law society)? Do you think it would make a difference?

Society of Scholars in PAD is 3.5 gpa (I thought mentioning PAD couldn't hurt since it's the Professional pre law fraternity) and for the National Political Science Honor Society at my university it's all A's in 10+ political science classes and being in the top 30% of your graduating class. I know neither are huge but I'm desperate just for a decision from Harvard at this point lol you can't blame a girl for trying

Of course, this is just one man's opinion. Other more experienced TLS participants might have different opinions. Would somebody like to chime in? *looks around*

To answer your initial question though, no it's not weird to have heard nothing (assuming you have had a JS1 already). There are people who had JS1's in November/December with competitive stats who have not been accepted yet - Harvard is lagging behind other schools with their admissions, however they did state that if you submitted before Feb 1st then you will hear by April 1st, so not far away now.

On the note of your updates I would send them all - can't hurt to update them as nothing you mentioned looks bad on you, worst comes to worst they just consider it irrelevant and disregard it.

Do it!!! What do you have to lose? If you want HLS more than anything, though, consider taking 2 years off post-undergrad. They look very favorably on that.

you can't see which slots are filled up, but you will be able to see that there were slots on a day where applicants have signed up for all the slots (in that the shade of the day on the calendar is different than a day where no JS1s were scheduled to begin with). Hope that helps.

you can't see which slots are filled up, but you will be able to see that there were slots on a day where applicants have signed up for all the slots (in that the shade of the day on the calendar is different than a day where no JS1s were scheduled to begin with). Hope that helps.

i assume when the shade is such that JS1s were scheduled that day, then it doesn't say how many slots there were originally available. one could potentially estimate if there are more missing JS1s or if H plans on longer than usual WL using a count of all shaded days this year.
