Not at all. The way I understand it, some borderline applicants, i.e. between waitlist and accept, are invited to interview. So, if invited to interview, then you are borderline. If not invited to interview, then you could be anywhere on the spectrum including borderline.

I think the complete date was 1/18 and I was last updated 2/11.

That's not true. All kinds of people get interviewed by Gtown--and I'm talking about the group interviews. This includes borderline applicants, YP applicants, and everybody in between. Gtown uses it to see how interested you are in them and to get to know a tiny bit more about you.

I wonder this too. This is a total Hail Mary pass for me, so I'm borderline at best. I've been complete since 2/11, no interview offer and no ding (yet). Maybe I have to go through one more review before they ding me for real.

As this thread gets longer, good posts get lost. Basically the general opinion so far has been borderline applicants get one-on-one interviews. Like you said, group interviews are for people that Georgetown just wants to get to know which includes borderline, YP, and everyone in-between.

Have you tried generating a pw yesterday as well? I'm at 2/11 and still nothing. If today is the first day you were able to do so after your last update, perhaps I should try again tomorrow after 5.

At the risk of asking a question that was answered in one of the earlier 196 pages, how would one generate the password without first receiving the official notice?

It's the trick way to find out if you're accepted. You'll be able to generate a password soon after your last update if you've been admitted.

Nah, I just tried right now and was able to have the pw sent, but from what I can tell/have seen, it takes a few days to be able to generate (past 5pm EST). You would in theory be able to generate tomorrow earliest I would imagine.

@ golden gopher - when you attempt to access the ASW, it asks for a user name and pw. Click "no pw", and after you input the necessary info, if you are able to have one sent to your email, looks like you're good.

Was just able to generate a username and password for the Admitted Students Website, but oddly enough cannot log in with them. Website claims I've entered in an invalid combo. Anyone else have this problem, or is it just a glitch?

2/10; 2/14 were my most recent dates.
