This. There is a spectrum of LOCI value, and Columbia and Duke are polar extremes within the T14.

(In my experience, Duke basically treats LOCIs as a second application process; my LOCI got me off the waitlist after two days, and Dean Hoye remembered it when I spoke to him this week. Meanwhile Columbia, from what I hear, really only cares about your LOCI if it says something like "By the way, that startup I mentioned in my application is having its IPO next month." I'm fairly sure it was the second reserve email in the middle of June. In that email they said that they would begin reviewing files again at the end of June... No idea what happened there.

I already responded yes. It's down to the wire man. Oh Columbia. Do we think that anyone has been accepted off the reserve list yet? There was a cut from the 1-2 reserve right? How many people do y'all think are on the list? 100? Less? 50? 10 already on TLS.

not sure, but I don't think they will let in more than 5 from this point. Are there still any ppl here at or above both medians?
