So what's the alternative to a summer WL? If you don't receive the email are you kicked off?

I would assume that if you don't receive the email you'll either be accepted or rejected.

Rejection after this long would be annoying- especially bc they have rejecte people who have had more recent updates. I'm still on 6/13- you?

Agreed. But, I mean at least that way we would have a definitive answer. Although I am truly praying for an acceptance. Well I updated on 6/13 and again on 6/19

Ya very true. Another day of waiting would be awful especially without having that many people to complain about waiting (particularly gaud hah)

Did everyone's WL email just say their last name? No dear, no mr/ms?

That's hella funny.

Admissions must really be starved for time when they start removing common salutations.

still no word from Cornell, minus a status update from 5/8 (when I was initially put on reserve) to 6/20.

... I'm afraid it's getting awfully quiet in here.

One difference I know of is that they invite you to go in for an interview.

If it gives any hope, a friend of mine got in literally two weeks before orientation last year. If you wait it out, magic could happen. Try writing a LOCI about how you're excited to study law with construction going on outside your class window until Spring 2014?
