I just got an email for a fall grade request. Normally, this would be no big deal (had my best semester last semester), but I had already sent LSAC my updated transcript with fall grades, and LSAC indicates that they sent this transcript out in mid-January. Does this mean that Columbia (and all my other schools) didn't receive this transcript?

Call them and ask. I would assume that they did receive the transcript and made a mistake in sending you the email.

heyyy so i'm on hold here... do you suggest getting the LOCI in right away, or should I wait a few weeks until they're re-reviewing my app, or what?

I think right away, it demonstrates your interest better.

Yeah my roommate got one last week and it followed him to class. Almost killed the prof. Entertaining, to say the least... but prof is out of hospital now and doing fine so no worries.

But our dean had to, um, put the centaurs to sleep, to put it kindly.
