Don't know your specifics, but as long as it's 169+, I think it's effectively the same as a 180 at this point. Or maybe a 179. I just think if you're above the median, they're looking for more interesting things than how far you are above that median. Selfishly, I hope I'm wrong, but I think I'm right.

applied January 23, waitlisted May 10, IN June 7th!

Cornell was the best school among the schools I felt like I could get into (highest LSAT 169), so I'm really happy and will probably go there unless I get off the WL at Michigan with $$$, which will probably not happen.

Still IR 6/6. Seems like many are having only one review date and a few/several days between decisions. Here's hoping for some good news in the near future.

Was just updated to 6/13 from 6/2 as well...

At this point I'll do anything to get into Cornell, its the only school I wanted to go to. But it makes me nervous whenever they update a large batch of applications at the same time.

(JK ND, I'm sure this means nothing, if anything you should feel good that you're outside the majority pack, could be good)

it show's that they're actually considering your app.. there's no point in reviewing it 3 times if it was an obvious waitlist or reject.
