Decision made - 1/29! Ahhhh! Will be my first response from a school (besides my non-commital "held for further review" at uga and the awful "decision pending" from w & m) so I'm particulary on edge.
I'm headed to Boston for the weekend, and althought it seems it will be at least two days for a response I know I'm going to wish I was by my mailbox.
Good luck all

Same here! Decision made - 1/29. [strike]I don't think I ever went complete.[/strike] App submitted 1/16, received 1/19. I don't know what to think!
ETA: Just checked my notes. I did go complete on 1/26. I'm 3.5-ish, 162.

i went complete 1-25 and decision rendered 1-29.
I am a URM, Mexican, with a 3.75 from top 4 UC, 157 LSAT, and a double major, business-economics w/accounting & Psych{i finished psych in one year despite major illness}. My personal statement was by far one of the more unique ones out there--I got a lot of emails to that effect from many admission officers who loved my paper.
What do you guys think?

By top 4 UC, do you mean Irvine?

WOW- several admissions officers personally emailed you to applaud your PS? That's wonderful! You should take that and run with it- apply everywhere!

Vegansistah, first and foremost congratulations. Here is to hoping that the DM 1/29 batch are all acceptances. If you don't mind where are you located, and what are your numbers?

Applied (part-time program): 1/15
Decision Made: 1/29
Made it in, but no scholarship info in the packet, so I assume there's none coming. I'll get the "no thanks" letter in to them soon so someone on the WL can hop in.

According the package I received yesterday, scholarship info will be available in April via the online "my.american.edu" Of course, it doesn't state when in April this scholarship info will be updated. Meaning, before the $900 seat deposit is due on April 15...

Vegan--scholarship info, or financial aid info? The way I read it was financial aid will be available then, which won't have an impact on me (I won't qualify for any need-based aid). I'm just trying to avoid American's sticker. It's pretty unpalatable versus GMU or other public schools in the commonwealth for us in-staters.
I'll take another look at it tomorrow to make sure.

I just got the Wait List email too.
I didn't realize that if we get offers from the WL, we only have 24 hours to decide!

Waitlisted today.
I guess I'll do a bit of searching on the waitlist to see how likely prospects are. American wasn't my number one choice anyway, but still no fun. Are they waitlisting all non-accepts or are people getting rejected too?

I was Waitlisted too.
My status jumped from application complete to waitlist. It was complete this past saturday 1/30 and this morning it says Waitlist.
I have to plead with people to withdraw if they have no interest in AU. Please. This was one of my "reaches" and the fact that I am waitlisted was such good news to get. Im sure there are a gagillion people that have been waitlisted, but give us all a chance.
Thanks!!!! Good luck to everyone else that was waitlisted. I hope we all get in.

First official acceptance! Got my package in the mail 1/30. I live close, and the status checker had just chaged on 1/29 to "decision made." I'm hoping to get some public interest $$.
Very happy in that I wasn't complete until Mid-January. Way to go AU for being so quick and on top of things!

From what I see, based on LSN, they have rejected quit a bit of applicants so far (some with fairly decent numbers), so they are not just auto-waitlisting.

In today via mail!!!!
I could not be happier, I applied for the full-scholarship PIPS program (several post-college years of non-profit advocacy under my belt) but with any significant $ I would be down in D.C. in a heartbeat.
In case anyone is wondering/cared - 162, 3.8, DM on 1/29.
I can't wipe the smile off my face, and I haven't told my co-workers why yet...

Congrats to everyone accepted today. I'll probably be withdrawing within the next week, so hopefully that gives everyone on the waitlist a bit of hope.
