In fact, has any ED applicant who didn't get the full scholarship been notified at all? I didn't think so, but maybe I missed someone?

I don't think so, and apparently they aren't even going to begin snail mailing ED applicants until today.

Ditto. I just realized that Monday is MLK Day (NO MAIL) and consequently, the earliest we'd hear is on Tuesday. Pass the fork, please.
 . Stupid mail holidays.

Do you think you can get a disease from sharing eyeball-poked forks?

There's no status checker. I got an email 8 days after I submitted telling me they'd received it, and another one about an hour later saying I'd gone complete. But I applied ED, so its possibly they did a rush job on mine and it takes longer for RD.

I may be suffering from extreme paranoia, but I submitted on 1/5 and haven't received anything - no "application received" email or any communication from GWU. I wouldn't be worried, except I've received confirmations from every other school I applied to. Anyone think I should email them and ask, or should I wait another week before getting worried?

You're paranoid and need to wait.

I applied around a week ago and haven't received anything yet. They are the only school yet to contact me. Depressing.

I never received any kind of confirmation from GW before being accepted. I do not know if this is typical; but not hearing anything isn't necessarily a cause for concern.

I don't know. But at this point, if I had to seriously pick between not getting admission to GWU this week and suffering from an infectious disease, I would have to think about it.

Who am I kidding? No I wouldn't.

An unsurprising rejection from NYU (don't say sorry, I'm not sad at all), but no GW. Looks like we're waiting till tomorrow/tuesday.

Forks, here I come. Both hands, both eyeballs this time.

I just called and asked, guy in admissions office told me they're going out right now in the mail. Which I'm thinking means Saturday for those of us in the area, and Tuesday for everyone else?

I assume you're referring to the last of the ED notifications? Better than the response I got...
