179 / international superior
Guessing a yp, but I've also been noticing that those with international GPAs seem to be at a significant disadvantage in the admissions process
Still sounds like YP to me. I have an international GPA ("above average") and was still accepted to UCLA with a lower LSAT than this person. I am a CA resident though, so that may have been a factor.

Also a California (and Los Angeles) resident FWIW. I'm assuming YP.

Just got a missed call from UCLA but no message. Was that an acceptance call? Surprised that they didn't leave a message

I don't want to plant false hope, but I doubt they'd call for any other reason? When they called me it was ~10:00AM PST though.

They didn't leave a message for me either and it was an acceptance.

Do they also send an email? And if so, how soon after the call did you receive it?

Check your status - I recall others saying that the message on top changed if you got accepted.

No one calls to reject/waitlist.

+1 to this. IIRC, my status checker had changed when I checked after the call.

+1 Don't know what to do with this now. The prospects of getting in with money are so incredibly bleak and I really wanted to have UCLA as an option. I'd trade my Cornell acceptance for it even :/ Oh well, should've interviewed better

Their website says recipients will be announced in early February and there will be interviews before so you may be hearing about an interview soon if you havent already!

Anyone know if they offer out-of-state students a travel stipend to visit for admitted students weekend?
