It depends on your numbers. I think you can Just find similar numbers to you on lsn for the last few years and see what money they got.cecrum wrote:Dumb question, but does anyone know what the typical award is for the scholars in law program? I couldnt find it on the website or any of the forums.

Yeah Scholar in Law is just the generic name for a scholarship. Could be anywhere from a few thousand a year up to a full ride or anywhere in between.sox49 wrote:It depends on your numbers. So it actually goes as low as a few thousand? I just got my offer from them today, so I'm trying to see how well I did, relatively speaking.

Yeah it goes as low as 5K I think. That being said, evaluating your offer shouldn't really have much to do with what the lowest offer is imo. If you want to know how your offer is compared to where you could potentially end up, PM me.cecrum wrote:LET'S GET IT wrote:Yeah Scholar in Law is just the generic name for a scholarship. Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Done with my phone interview! The admissions guy was super friendly and funny, definitely a great experience for a first interview. I got the typical "Why WUSTL/Why St. Louis" and also "what were the most important criteria for you in choosing a law school"
He gave a bunch of suggestions/resources for what I could do while enrolled, and was really helpful.
99.99% sure the interview was just a formality and I'm in, but holding back on celebrating until I actually receive something confirming it.

167 is the median iirc, but they seem to go back and forth between 166-167lalaa85 wrote:Is anyone else a 166 and received absolutely nothing since applying? i looked on LSN and there is nothing on the 166 line at all and im getting freaked out esp since its their median...

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
I've been watching this for some time. Their median is 167, and nobody below that has had a scholly offer (at least nobody on LSN). I was admitted over a month ago...still no word. I'm assuming we will start to get offers as others opting for t14s decline their awards. I figure it'll be awhile. Hope I'm wrong.lalaa85 wrote:Is anyone else a 166 and received absolutely nothing since applying? i looked on LSN and there is nothing on the 166 line at all and im getting freaked out esp since its their median...

so has anyone that has received an interview been wl, rejected or put on hold? I got a really quick turn around and have an interview scheduled but my numbers are low compared to everyone else so trying not to get ahead of myself lol

I haven't heard of anyone been rejected or WL'ed after an interview. Your numbers are probably fine.alopez93 wrote:so has anyone that has received an interview been wl, rejected or put on hold? It was ten days between my interview and acceptance. If you are above median, the wait is most likely because of the holidays.

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
I wouldn't make much of it. I've had reach schools accept me six days after I applied, and safety schools take more than 10 weeks (with some which I'm still waiting on). Don't overthink how long they take to give you an answer.WatchClosely wrote:It's been nine days since my interview and I haven't heard anything yet.
