Not sure, but it's a 510 area code. If that's what you got, call 'em back. Can't imagine if the number was blocked that it'd be them, thowesleys wrote:For those who have been accepted, if you miss the call, has Berkeley been sending followup emails? I got a missed call from an unknown number when calls started going out...
Call them back? They said that the status checker wouldn't tick over, and that it'd be a few weeks before admissions packets are sent.poe wrote:Has anyone missed a call from them without getting a voicemail?
I missed a call last Tuesday (the day after they started calling) from 510-643-6753. Googled it, and it turned out to be from the admissions office. I figured they would call back, or the status checker would update, or a letter would arrive... but there's been nothing. I've just been lurking in this thread since then, worrying that they dialed a wrong number.![]()
It just seems so odd that they wouldn't leave a voicemail.

If that's the case, I would just go and call them back. It'll be good to know why they called instead of letting your imagination run wild with the possibilities. Hope it's good news!vincanity1 wrote:Call them back? Yeah, it looks like I'll have to call them back. Just not looking forward to the awkward "uh, did you call me" "nah, we just dialed the wrong number" conversation.vincanity1 wrote:Call them back? You should call them back. I missed their call at first too but they don't leave a message or send anything. I called back and just said my name and told them I missed a call from this number.. I'm pretty sure it means you're in!poe wrote:Yeah, it looks like I'll have to call them back. UR as of 10/27... it may be a while before you hear something. :-/thelawschoolproject wrote:Yes, yes! Another UR 11/22 here.
I'm not sure what the typical amount of time UR is, but I'd looooove to get a decision soon.
Yeah, I'd be happy with early Jan. Not getting my hopes up. Best of luck.ScrabbleChamp wrote:UR as of 10/27... it may be a while before you hear something. :-/thelawschoolproject wrote:Yes, yes! Another UR 11/22 here.

I was UR 11/22 as well. I am hoping for a decision before Christmas, but that might be overly optimistic. Good luck to all!Aqualung wrote:
