I was notified last week that I was waitlisted - anybody know my chances of getting in?
152/3.0 degree in math from Rice U.

I don't think they'll offer me a scholarship since I was waitlisted, right?

I'd love feedback!!

Eh, it is hard to say. Probably not, because both numbers are below the median. I'd work on getting off the waitlist, and then see.
It never hurts to ask, the worst they will say is, sorry we cannot offer you one. Good luck!

Interesting note-from October 22 to last Friday, this thread managed to build up 10 pages. We have doubled that in a week.

I got nothing from South Texas but got invited to a summer conditial program at Loyola like 50-60 students get invited and we battle it on the gridiron for 3 weeks...........but in reality we take 3 classes for three weeks and if u get B's u get into Loyola (supposed to be a great program to get you ready for what you will encounter in law school, also to see if you will be succesful) So if all else fails i got that plus 3 waitlists and 2 acceptances from moderately okay schools. Lets go South Texas

I was accepted 2-3 weeks ago and haven't gotten my admit letter yet. I live in Houston. Is this normal?

ughh. still complete. I'm pretty sure now that they are either going to flat out reject me, or that my application is in some pile they aren't even going through.

Have faith, plus alot of my status checkers will change say like today at an hour ago and the update time says 3/8 or 3/9. So i think there is some sort of a delay in these systems. So who knows you may already be admitted
