Damn. Sorry about all the reserves.
Has anyone who applied before January not heard anything yet (that is, hasn't been held)?

Guys I'm sorry to be this person but can anyone save me the time of going through this forum's history and let me know what we know/think about odds of acceptance off the reserve list? I appreciate it!

None if Columbia doesn't utilize the reserve list and very slim if they do.

This is bizarre. The deposit deadline was yesterday. You should give the admissions department a call to see what's up with your app.

Did anyone else just get an email about scheduling a "brief conversation with a member of the Selection Committee" in the next few days?
Does anyone know if this is a normal part of the review process for the "reserve" pool?
Any insight would be very helpful!

I did. Not sure if it's a typical part of their review process, though...

Damn. I would say that it's a good thing for you guys. It probably means they're gonna pull from the reserve and that you are the most likely to have a shot

Wow, this kind of changes the game doesn't it?? Reserve not being a dead end anymore at least. I Don't expect to get pulled off but if CLS is having trouble with its yield then others must be too
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
