Long-time lurker, first ever post on TLS...JS2 checking in!
Working abroad so got an email around 11:15am EST. GPA above median, LSAT slightly below.
PM for stats or interview details or anything!

Cool. I hope you're right!nickhalden wrote:This was a tiny JS2 wave. What does everyone think about when the next JS2 wave might be? Should we expect radio silence for a while, or is there still a decent chance of another wave going out this week?

Thanks for posting these again, it is appreciated.mujiali wrote:For all the new JS1s, (congrats!), here is the list of questions from earlier in the thread. I got some of these, but time for JS1s is short, so you won't get them all, obviously.
ETA: YMMV as far as what they ask. My interviewer was very familiar with my application, so the questions were tailored to me.What questions do you have for me?
Why do you want to go to law school?
Why do you want to go to Harvard in particular?
What is the most interesting or meaningful experience you had during undergrad?
Why law school immediately before other experience?
What area/courses/professors are you interested in?
Why did you choose to study [your majors]?
What have you gained through working [all the stuff you've worked on]?
What have you gained through [other activities]?
What have you gained from your [extra-curricular endeavours]?
Have any of those experiences informed your decision to go to law?
What do you think would be your greatest challenge at Harvard?
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
What do you envision a successful career for yourself would look like?
Anything you were hoping I’d ask? Anything not in your app?
When have you been in an awkward/challenging position and resolved it?
How will you add to diversity (reference to statement)?
What cultural identity or culture do you identify with more?
What is the most difficult decision you have had to make?
Anything you would go back in time and change?
Why [your current university]?
Talk about your resume?
What would you ask a candidate if you were the interviewer?

Although super happy for those of you with JS2s! Common theme seems to be 75% LSATs

There are bros with 173, 171, 170 and 166 LSATs in this wave on LSN. It's possible they are fudging their numbers - I think the 166 definitely is - but I don't think they're doing a special LSAT 75th JS2 wave.hayagreeva wrote:+1wheresthethesis wrote:Still waiting anxiously

At this point in the cycle I think if they want you you are getting accepted if your numbers are in the ballpark. No new info on the pool is forthcoming. Of course there is the WL to consider but I think we are past the point of specific GPA or LSAT score waves.nickhalden wrote:There are bros with 173, 171, 170 and 166 LSATs in this wave on LSN. Hey all, just got my JS2 ~30 minutes ago. I was slightly below median LSAT with a good GPA, but I also have a masters degree. Thought I'd pass this info along. Good luck to everyone! And thanks for getting me through the past couple months! Y'all are lifesavers.

FWIW, my interview date was 2/10. My JS1 invite was 2/5 or 2/6.meyer5541 wrote:So what interview dates seem to have been accepted today?
ETA: JS2 today.

You won't get a missed call notification, but JS would have left a voicemail (which you would still get).blueberrysmoothie wrote:My phone was on airplane mode all day. How can I find out whether I got the call?
