Hey all. Did my interview last Friday (21st) and was told I would probably hear back early this week with a decision. Anybody have any info that may be relevant while I wait? aka similar timeline or how long this has been taking lately or when decisions come etc. I've been following this thread just a little bit...am I right that decisions usually come on Wednesdays? Did I invent that? Is this real life?

To be fair...it's under 70 today. It does tend to drop 10-30 degrees at night, so it will get in the 50s during winter.

I saw people with peacoats today, it was about 50 out this morning. It needs to drop at least below 30 for me to bust mine out.

I actually managed to get by this winter with pretty much just my leather jackets.
I did have to do hoodie + peacoat occasionally, but I'm getting better. but still worse than last year when school was cold and I somehow managed

I'll be honest with you, most people were accepted awhile ago so I can't specifically remember when they send them out, but wed and fri seems to really ring a bell. That being said, it seems like the interview may not fully be a YP measure anymore, and the timeline looks way different. Some getting admitted within the week, others waiting multiples.

Here's a Vegas breakdown....cause I know y'all think it's 100 degrees here year round and trust me, rehab is not happening 365...

Summer: 90 - 105+ (low humidity, lasts approximately 5 - 6 months)
Winter: 30 - 55 (extreme wind conditions and the first time I ever saw snow fall was in Vegas...true story.)
Spring/Fall: something we hear about but rarely see...it lasts for about 2 weeks...maybe.

Okay thanks. My heart isn't really set on WashU at this point anyway but thought I'd ask. Interview went well but there's a possibility I might have given the impression that I'm someone who should be denied YP...I'm not entirely sure. Phone interviews are among my least favorite things. My numbers are at or above 75th % but it is late in the cycle so I feel it could go either way.
