Yah dude! I don't see myself as a candidate who is as impressive as you or some of the other people left here so I honestly have no idea how much to read into the fact that I'm still in the mix. If I get rejected on the last day I would be so upset :/lastsamurai wrote:you're still here too toast?? this is outrageous amirite?andapieceoftoast wrote:UNDER REVIEW MEEEPPPPP

Re: Stanford c/o 2017 (2013-2014 applicants)
tomorrow is their alleged soft deadline. seeing how they've been rolling out a few DLSes each day, I think they may be incapable of large wave stuff, for whatever reason they're a trickle operation. i'm pretty resigned to fate, but it would be interesting to see if there are any straight admit Cinderella stories.

Good idea. That's about how long this conference call is going to take considering how many people haven't heard back yet.herrowww wrote:I'm clearing my schedule for the next 48hrs.KatyMarie wrote:This is almost certainly what's going to happen.james.bungles wrote:I think Faye is going to accept everyone on TLS who is left in one big conference call

OMG DLS! 201 days later, I was offered a spot on the waitlist! Cycle. Over.
Just for posterity, the number of days I waited from submission until "final decision" for all schools to which I applied are below:
Yale - 105
Harvard - 51
Stanford - 201
Columbia - 197
Chicago - 93
NYU - 42
Penn - 89
UVA - 30
Michigan - 38
Duke - 10
Northwestern - 97
Cornell - 122
Georgetown - 20
Best of luck to those still waiting!

Not to interrupt the count, but finally went DLS in the past hour. Do people legitimately just call the main admissions line and ask about the decision?
(Also, how is this possibly less inconvenient for them than just sending out an ding or WL email?)
