I'd put my monopoly money (still have some left) on the possibility that JS got the calls in that she could early, and that there will be more to come today, as she works around the ASW. If not, there are simply way too many people waiting for there not to be a large number of JS2s this week.whosinthehousejc wrote:I'm imagining JS, cell phone in hand, being swarmed at this very moment by those pesky auto-admits currently at ASW, struggling to get away to call y'all. Yeah... since we're into the wave metaphor, this week should be a massive set.mujiali wrote:

Any TLS non-URM splitters getting JS2s? I see a few on LSN.

Is it bad that I don't know what all these terms mean?

Hell, I think even my future mother in law knows what a JS2 is now.

In what order are JS2's in a wave sent out? Is it usually random, or does it have some connection with complete date, JS1 date, etc?

JS2 around 2 today. 177/3.92. Can someone direct me to the Harvard v. CCN w/$ threads that might be helpful?
Good luck to everyone still waiting. It's been months since my JS1, so don't lose hope.

When can you conclude you've been passed up?

I would think that if the majority of people in a specific JS2 wave had their JS1s after yours, then assuming you've been passed up wouldn't be unreasonable
but hey, who knows

It looks like last year calls went out from around 5-6pm the Sunday of ASW. It was a small wave, so we might already have gone through its counterpart this year. I'm personally giving up hope for today, but you guys can do what works for y'all.

If we assume that today's JS2 wave is done, are those of us who had late Jan/early Feb JS1s and haven't heard back probably headed for waitlist/dings?

This was a tiny JS2 wave. I'd say no, we shouldn't draw any conclusions if we weren't included in it.AnMzungu wrote:If we assume that today's JS2 wave is done, are those of us who had late Jan/early Feb JS1s and haven't heard back probably headed for waitlist/dings?
